Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest decision-making forum of the organization.

The AGM brings together members to review the organization’s achievements, activities, progress, and financial performance.

Key Functions of the AGM

• Reviewing and approving annual financial reports.
• Receiving updates on organizational programs and activities.
• Discussing strategic priorities and future plans.
• Reviewing organizational performance.
• Electing members of the Management Committee.
